PhotoPinFlow Terms of Use

By using PhotoPinFlow, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose of the Service

PhotoPinFlow helps users prepare, organize, schedule, and publish original Pinterest content through the official Pinterest API.

1. Pinterest Account Connection

Users connect Pinterest accounts through Pinterest OAuth. PhotoPinFlow never requests Pinterest passwords or session cookies.

The user may disconnect their Pinterest account at any time.

1. User Approval

PhotoPinFlow may suggest descriptions, boards, and publication dates. These suggestions do not replace the user’s judgment.

The user must explicitly select and approve each Pin before it is published. PhotoPinFlow must not be used to publish Pins, modify Pinterest content, or take other actions without the user’s knowledge and approval.

1. User Content and Rights

Users are responsible for all images, text, links, and other content they upload or publish through PhotoPinFlow.

Users confirm that they own the content or have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to use and publish it.

1. Prohibited Content and Use

Users must not use PhotoPinFlow to publish illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited content.

Users must comply with Pinterest Terms, Community Guidelines, Developer Guidelines, and all applicable laws.

PhotoPinFlow must not be used for spam, artificial engagement, scraping, automated likes, comments, follows, or attempts to circumvent Pinterest restrictions.

1. AI Assistance

AI-generated titles, descriptions, safety assessments, schedules, and board suggestions are provided as editable assistance only. They may contain mistakes.

The user is solely responsible for reviewing the final content before approval and publication.

1. Service Availability

PhotoPinFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publication success, Pinterest API availability, or specific traffic, reach, or business results.

1. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or Pinterest API changes.
