PhotoPinFlow Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
PhotoPinFlow is a content preparation and publishing tool for Pinterest. It helps photographers and creators prepare their original images, create editable Pin drafts, select boards, plan publication dates, and publish Pins to their own Pinterest account after explicit user approval.
PhotoPinFlow may process:
Pinterest account information returned through Pinterest OAuth, such as account identifier, username, profile information, boards, and Pins;
OAuth access and refresh tokens required to connect the user’s Pinterest account;
images uploaded by the user;
Pin drafts, titles, descriptions, hashtags, board selections, publication dates, and publication history;
technical information needed for operation, security, and troubleshooting.
We use this information only to provide PhotoPinFlow features to the user, including:
connecting the user’s Pinterest account through OAuth;
preparing and editing Pin drafts;
suggesting a suitable board and publication schedule;
publishing Pins explicitly selected and approved by the user;
displaying the user’s own Pinterest content and account information;
maintaining connection security and resolving errors.
PhotoPinFlow uses Pinterest OAuth. We do not ask for, collect, or store Pinterest passwords, session cookies, or login credentials.
OAuth tokens are treated as confidential credentials and are used only to perform actions authorized by the connected user.
Users upload only images they have the right to use. PhotoPinFlow may analyze uploaded images locally to create editable draft titles, descriptions, hashtags, safety checks, and board suggestions.
AI-generated text is a suggestion. The user remains responsible for reviewing content and selecting each Pin before publication.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share Pinterest data with third parties except where necessary to provide the service, including Pinterest API requests made on behalf of the connected user.
Uploaded images and drafts are retained only as needed to provide the service and publication history. Users may remove queued images and disconnect their Pinterest account. We may retain limited operational records where necessary for security, error handling, or legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data and access credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy when PhotoPinFlow changes. The current version will always be available at this page.
